The Craft Cocktailier invites any and all questions and is never afraid to state that we might not know the answer. However, we would like to invite our unique perspective and research any questions for you. Here are some topics of conversation to get the planning started…


The basics

The Craft Cocktailier DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY ALCOHOL!!! We do not carry a distributor’s or caterer’s license solely for the purpose of being able to practice our craft beyond the confines of our mobile bartending business. You’ll find our staff working in various establishments around Nashville, TN and beyond to delight and tantalize your daily needs beyond your upcoming event.

We DO PROVIDE all necessary garnishes, ice, bar tools, towels, mats, clean-up equipment, smoking guns, and any/all other necessary ingredients to make your event the best ever! If we do not have what you are looking for, we are more than happy to research and supply it at cost.

In accordance with Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Commission (T.A.B.C.) laws and ordinances, we do require any/all participants choosing to imbibe for the evening to have their state or federal identification on their person at the time of the event and request of the alcoholic beverage. All events will not go past 2AM, nor begin before 10AM.

For other states that allow our presence and practice of our craft, we abide by the county, local, and/or state laws and ordinances.

All of our trained Craft Cocktailier’s will have their T.A.B.C. permit with them at the time of the event. Our staff is fully licensed and insured to ensure you’re taken care of by professionals.


planning questions

The very best planned events are just that…planned. As such, here are some great questions to ask yourself and possibly your group before beginning the party:

-Are guests to arrive/depart together or individually?

-Will your event supply beer, wine, and/or spirits?

- Do you have a theme for the event?

- Is the event on public, semi-private, or private property, as certain public realms require an on premise liquor consumption license and event insurance?

-Do you have event insurance?

The list goes on and on…but don’t worry! We are here to help and guide you through this process from planning our the cocktails to clean-up and everything in between.

We show up early to work, period. We take pride in arriving early to set-up, because as we all know some of the party happens before the party actually begins and as such, we want to be ready for that pre-game for the hosts and select-few.

We also want to make sure that we are not running out to the trailer/car to grab something in the middle of the event, so we make sure we are attentive and present, unlike our competitors. This also means we show up with more than enough equipment and ingredients to get through it all. However, stuff happens. And if this happens during one of your events, we want to know about it and award the host 10% back for the mishap, as we always aim for perfection.
